PROCESS

Protean Design Group was responsible for evaluating ponding in areas along a 2.89-mile section of SR 699/Gulf Boulevard, a two-lane undivided roadway within constrained right-of-way (ROW). The project team evaluated and then designed cost-effective solutions to relieve ponding along bicycle lanes and pedestrian pathways.
