Protean Design Group provided design services for multiple task work orders (TWOs) on this District 3 Districtwide (DW) Safety Miscellaneous Design and Consultant Services contract.

SR 10 (US 90) and River Birch Road, Gadsden County, FL:
These intersection improvements consisted of installation of advanced intersection warning signs along SR 10 (US 90) on the eastbound and westbound approaches to the intersection, installation of animal warning signs along SR 10 (US 90), and installation of a right turn lane and a bicycle keyhole lane along SR 10 (US 90) on the westbound approach to River Birch Road.

SR 10 (US 90) and Lanier Road, Gadsden County, FL:
These intersection improvements consisted of installation of advanced intersection warning signs along SR 10 (US 90) on the eastbound and westbound approaches to the intersection, installation of animal warning signs along SR 10 (US 90), and installation of a right turn lane and bicycle keyhole lane along SR 10 (US 90) on the eastbound approach to Lanier Road.

11th Avenue SE from 3rd Street SE to 5th Street SE, Gadsden County, FL:
This project consisted of sidewalk improvements for Havana Middle School Safe Routes to School (SRTS) application. Design included a 6-foot-wide sidewalk with a Type F Curb, crosswalk markings, right-of-way (ROW) identification and engineering, utility meetings and design coordination and drainage design and stormwater permit exemption.
