Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing
Protean’s marketing department produces quality work for state and municipal transportation clients throughout Florida. The Marketing Coordinator supports the following efforts, while working in a fast-paced team environment:
▶ Lead proposal efforts for opportunities.
→ Lead letter of interest and proposal development.
→ Prepare presentations.
→ Develop cover/tab art and proving graphics.
→ Facilitate presentation rehearsals.
▶ Maintain standard marketing material.
→ Resume development and updates for all engineering staff.
→ Assist with preparation of project description templates and write ups.
→ Develop boilerplate materials.
→ Maintain project photography.
→ Develop marketing collateral.
▶ Support digital marketing.
→ Supply text and graphics for email campaigns, award submissions, and press releases.
→ Maintain social media and website materials.
▶ Assist with events and campaigns.
→ Support text and graphic development and idea generation for various events and campaigns.
→ Internal campaigns include annual employee day, family day, and holiday party; quarterly tailgate staff meetings; community give-back events; Engineers Week festivities; and more.
→ Other marketing and event campaigns include firm expansions, recruiting events, and conference sponsorships.
▶ Actively participate in local chapter of SMPS and other professional organizations.

Ideally, the candidate would be located in Orlando, Florida; though Protean has offices in Tallahassee, Punta Gorda, Tampa, and Pensacola.
